Nestled in the heart of Soulard, one of St. Louis's oldest and most vibrant neighborhoods, Brewhouse Lofts stands on the site of a historic warehouse that once served as a bronze manufacturing operation. The building's industrial DNA — soaring ceilings, thick masonry walls, and robust structural bones — tells the story of a city built on craftsmanship and ambition.
Rather than erase this history, we've chosen to celebrate it. Every design decision honors the building's heritage while introducing the comfort, technology, and luxury that today's most discerning residents expect. The result is something genuinely rare: 18 residences that feel both timeless and thoroughly modern.
From the exposed brick walls that have stood for over a century to the hand-selected Taj Mahal quartz countertops, every surface is a conversation between past and present. This is not a renovation — it's a resurrection.
