Screening & Verification
We run credit, background, and rental history screening through our certified partner, plus verify employment and references. Most applicants hear back the same day.
Approval & Lease
If approved, we'll send your lease for e-signature and coordinate move-in. A security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing to hold your unit.

What we look for.
We evaluate every applicant against the same standards. Self-screen against the following:
- Minimum credit score of 650
- Gross monthly income of at least 3× the monthly rent
- No prior evictions within the past 5 years
- No felony convictions involving violence, weapons, or property destruction within the past 7 years
- Verifiable employment and rental history
- Pets considered case-by-case; pet deposit and monthly pet rent may apply
